Not all items can be personalised. If there is an option for personalisation, you will be required to enter the required information before the item can be added to your basket. We request that you check all personalisation requests before submitting your order to ensure they are correct.

Yes, all cards are supplied complete with a white envelope.

All products are custom made to order. You will have 30 minutes from placing your order to make any changes or cancellations. After 30 minutes have passed, the order will be sent to production and you will not be able to cancel or change that order. Your 30 minutes will run from the time that you place your order and will run outside of normal business hours. To change or cancel an order please contact us or email [email protected]

All payments are made safely and securely using PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to order, simply checkout as a guest using your credit/debit card details.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. We can also deliver worldwide for a small delivery fee (shown at checkout)

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
  • North America: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 7-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-10 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7-10 business days
We shall do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will also depend on the delivery method you choose and may be longer during peak periods.
Yes, you have the option to specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the order directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

All products are custom made to order and so cannot be returned unless faulty. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery or is the wrong item, we ask you to contact us to let us know of the problem as soon as possible. We will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation supplied is incorrect.
